Q: Who is my main point of contact for questions during the engagement?
A: You will have a designated Professional Services Consultant who will be your main point of contact throughout the engagement. Our Technical Success teams will also assist throughout the implementation.
Q: How quickly can you start?
A: This depends on the scope of the project, hardware and software.
Items that can impact timelines include:
- Needing to backorder parts to replicate your system(s)
- Access to resources your system will interact with.
- Security and documentation requirements
- Completion of Legals
- Acquisition of Security Clearances

Q: How do I monitor the progress of our implementation?
A: With any professional services project, our first piece of work is to create a clear scope. During this phase we will set up key milestones, so you can keep tabs on progress as we go. Weekly status meetings with your Professional Services Consultant will be used to review the project plan and progress towards the milestones.
